Zoya took helm as Lead – Diversity & Inclusion, Employer Branding and Campus at Godrej Properties Limited, a leading real estate developer known for its innovative, sustainable and customer-centric developments across India. With a strong focus on design excellence, sustainability and people-first culture, the company continues to redefine urban living while building inclusive workplaces that empower talent and innovation.

Before stepping into this leadership role, Zoya built a diverse professional journey across employer branding, inclusion strategy, talent engagement and marketing leadership roles. At Godrej Properties, she steadily progressed through multiple leadership positions focused on Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding, while earlier experiences at Jotun Middle East, India and Africa (MEIA) and Tata Capital helped shape her expertise in storytelling, brand engagement and talent-focused communication strategies.

Zoya holds a Master of Management Studies in Marketing from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the University of Mumbai. Her academic foundation and cross-functional experience reflect a strong blend of strategic communication, people leadership and inclusive brand building.
