Pranab Singh took helm as Deputy Director at FICCI, an apex business chamber established in 1927 and recognized as the oldest and largest representative body of Indian industry. Closely interwoven with India’s independence movement and its rise as one of the world’s fastest-growing economies, FICCI plays a pivotal role in encouraging dialogue, articulating private sector perspectives, and influencing national policy through industry-led thought leadership.
Before joining FICCI, Pranab Singh built a strong career across leading industry bodies and exhibition platforms. He served as Resident Director at PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry and earlier held the role of Assistant Director at EEPC INDIA. His professional journey also includes extensive experience at Comnet Exhibitions, where he worked as Project Manager, Assistant Manager – International Exhibitions, Senior International Exhibitions Coordinator, and Event Sales Coordinator. Additionally, he contributed as Coordinator at CGLG India and began his career as an Intern at Comnet Exhibitions Pvt Ltd, developing deep expertise in business development, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement.
Across these roles, Pranab Singh has demonstrated strengths in business development, event management, market research, and team management, working closely with industry leaders, policymakers, and international stakeholders to drive impactful initiatives and platforms for economic collaboration.
