Before joining Tyroo, Ghazal built a robust finance career across high-impact organisations. She previously served as Finance Lead at Probo and spent nearly six years at Urban Company in multiple leadership roles, including Associate Vice President – Finance, Senior Manager, and Manager – Finance. Her journey also includes key positions at ITC Limited, where she contributed to taxation and finance operations, and earlier roles at KPMG as Senior Executive and Articled Assistant. Her strategic mindset, operational depth, and strong command over financial systems have shaped her into a versatile and high-impact finance leader.
Ghazal’s educational foundation is equally strong, holding professional qualifications from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She also holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, along with her schooling from St. Mary’s Convent Sr. Sec. School. This combination of academic excellence and professional credentials underscores her commitment to continuous learning and financial leadership.
