Leadership Update | Saurabh Purohit
Saurabh Purohit has joined Hinduja Leyland Finance as Regional Head – Solar Finance, leading the Solar Finance business across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
With 13 years of experience across renewable energy, banking, lending, product management, business development and strategic partnerships, Saurabh has previously worked with Tata Power Renewable Energy, IDFC FIRST Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Zomato, Paytm, and Quikr.
In his new role, Saurabh will focus on expanding financing opportunities across the renewable energy ecosystem, with a key focus on C&I Solar, while strengthening partnerships with Solar EPCs, OEMs, channel partners and industry stakeholders.
His focus will also include emerging opportunities across BESS and PPA-led renewable energy projects, supporting stronger collaboration between project developers, EPCs and financial institutions.
