Cancellation and Refund Policy

ExecPulse operates as a digital services platform providing content publishing, promotional placements, and announcement-related services. By purchasing any service on the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of digital services offered by ExecPulse, all orders are processed and resources are allocated immediately after successful payment. Each service is customized based on user-provided information, making it difficult to cancel or reverse once initiated. Cancellation requests may be considered only if they are made before the initiation of any work related to the order. However, approval of such requests remains solely at the discretion of ExecPulse. Once the service execution has started, cancellations will not be permitted under any circumstances. All payments made on ExecPulse are treated as final and non-refundable. Refunds will generally not be provided once the service has been initiated or completed.

However, for clarity, refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

-If the service has already been initiated or completed
-If delays occur due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user
-If the user changes their mind after making the purchase
-If the user is dissatisfied despite the service being delivered as agreed

In rare and exceptional cases, refund requests may be considered after internal review. These may include:

-Technical errors resulting in non-delivery of the service
-Duplicate or excess payments made by the user
-Failure to deliver the service within a reasonable timeframe without valid justification

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. The processing time may take between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider. Users are responsible for reviewing all submitted details carefully before confirming a purchase. Any inaccuracies in the information provided may impact service delivery and will not qualify for cancellation or refund.

ExecPulse reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
